Oh how I wish they’d invent a ‘memory stick’ that I could plug into aUSB (my left ear) and it would remind my aged goddess little grey cells what I had to do that day.
My razor sharp mind used to juggle, ‘bills to pay’, ‘jobs to do’ and ‘people to call’.
Now I stand in a fog of befuddlement trying to remember what I have to remember.
So, I now have a fridge magnet shopping list. a wall ‘ weekly to do list’, a diary and a voice recorder.
Ages ago I read that the Alzheimer’s Society were recommending that those with memory loss use a voice recorder ( worn around the neck).
You record your thoughts and appointments etc all day then play back in the evening.
What a brilliant idea for everyone.
Now where did I put my voice recorder?
