A study has revealed that kids who are fussy eaters cost families up to £2,000 each year and result in mums making up to three different dinners each night.
When we were little, both my sister and I were fussy when it came to meat. Although we’d happily polish off our vegetables, our mum really struggled to get us to eat anything meat-related.
So in the end she simply gave up and let us be vegetarian – and we’ve never looked back since.
Jez has a very hard line on fussy eaters. His attitude is if you don’t eat it, you don’t eat.
I think this is incredibly harsh.
He said he’s fed up with his kids not eating salmon, but surely the easiest solution to save money and wasted food is to just not give them salmon any more!
