Good luck to everyone doing tomorrow’s Moonlit Memories walk for The Rowans Hospice at Purbrook.

I’ll be thinking of you all and I have no doubt that it will be an inspirational and moving tribute.

Last year more than 1,000 walkers took part and pledges on the night totalled £130,000 for the hospice.

This year it’s being hosted by my old pal Mark Moodie, who I used to work with back in the Quay radio days when were both presenters.

Mark is an incredible guy and although at times he’s sparked debate when it comes to Portsmouth Football Club, he’s one of the kindest, most gentle-hearted human beings I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I’m sure Mark will do this marvellous charity justice.
