Texting has got out of hand

Have your say

‘Oh get a life,’ I ranted as I listened to a bit of trivia on the car radio last week.

It appears in yet an-other survey that a high percentage of mobile phone users check their phones up to 150 times a day.

What absolute saddos dear.

That to me is uber-

neurotic.

There have been stories in the media that have highlighted families who text each other in the same home.

And text each other at the dinner table.

How ridic, darlings.

When I invite a guest for lunch in my bijou bedsit and bog, I insist they turn their mobile phone off.

I’m not slaving over a hot stove, trying to have a conversation with my guest, when every few minutes they’re on their mobile phone talking a load of puerile drivel,

It’s such bad manners.
