One of the on-board entertainments on Tuesday evening was a tribute to Queen and Freddie Mercury.
It’s incredible to think it’s 20 years since Freddie’s death and 40 years since the band formed.
Watching the cast belt out the classics, no disrespect meant but you can appreciate what an incredible voice Freddie actually had.
It was the same when we went to We Will Rock You at The Mayflower in Southampton.
Great show, but there’s only one Freddie. I think it’s a real testament of the man’s talent that after his death, artists in tribute concerts have to lower the key of the songs.
Which performer today has the voice and stage presence of Freddie?
