I’ve been living in the Dark Ages this week, struggling to get answers from Virgin Media.
Did you know that if one half of a relationship sets up an account, the other half isn’t allowed to call up and ask questions?
I can understand this with a bank, for security purposes. But for questions about using a mobile?
I spent hours on the phone to Virgin. Each call, and each different operator, needed to get my husband’s permission to be able to talk to me.
Seriously, even though, every time he made them promise to make a note on the account that I was allowed to speak.
What’s next? I have to get his permission before I can change the TV channel?
Actually, he’d probably like that.
