Tulisa has signed a three-book publishing deal with Headline publishers. The deal includes an autobiography from the 23 year-old N-Dubz and X Factor star, as well as two novels. The autobiography is expected to be released in autumn 2012, with the novels following sometime after that.

KISS are in talks with bosses behind hit video game Angry Birds to develop a rock spin-off. Angry Birds has taken-off as one of the best-selling apps on the gaming market, and now the face-painting rockers want to join in the fun by releasing their own special edition version.

They have just finished recording their latest album which has 15 new songs and is called Monster. It is due for release in June and along with the album, a four ft high book and a 10-hour DVD will also be released. KISS will then embark on a world tour that ‘promises to take technology to the extreme’.

Robbie Williams has been accused of encouraging youngsters to gamble by launching his own poker site. The Take That star has come under fire from MP Tessa Munt, who claims the official Robbie Williams Poker site could prove dangerous for his young fans. I don’t know whether the MP has been to a Take That concert recently but most of the audience are anything but teenagers these days!

Britney Spears has been hired by Hasbro Games to launch a new dance version of the game Twister. Says Spears, ‘I think kids will love rocking the spots and dancing to the music as much as my boys and I do. It’s a lot of fun!’ Even when she’s being quoted from a press release, it sounds like she’s lip-synching.

So, Nicole Scherzinger, Steve Jones and Paula Abdul have all left the American X Factor after just one series. Don’t you think the producers of that show missed a real trick at the end of that last series? After Steve Jones had announced the winner, Simon Cowell should have given the winner an envelope and they could have then turned round to the judges and Steve Jones and said… ‘And the people leaving The X Factor this week are..’ It would have been nice to see how they liked it!
