With the sun shining, it’s too early to think of Christmas

Have your say

Who would have thought, with the positively Hawaiian weather we’ve been having lately, that the shops would already be stocking up on their Christmas goods?

I can understand Hallowe’en as that’s only a couple of weeks away. But Christmas?

When I’m dressed in a T-shirt and mini(ish) skirt? It’s surely too early.

As ever the joy of Christmas will be long over come December 25. And what’s worse is that we’ve got all this time to remember how little cash most of us have at the moment.

My weekly shopping bill has sky-rocketed and it’s made worse by those ‘roll back’ stickers. Come on, we all suspect the prices were put up briefly so they could then be rolled back.
