HMS Collingwood bring out the big guns for charity

MORE than 30 riders took part in a charity bike ride to raise money for charity.

Brian Dunlop was joined by a group of friends who cycled 20 miles down the Meon Valley Railway Line trail.

They managed to raise £800 for the NSPCC.

Brian, from St Thomas Close, Fareham, said: ‘It was such a good day and everyone had a good time.

‘It was nice and relaxed and not too hectic so everyone had a nice time.

‘I wouldn’t be able to do so many fundraisers if it wasn’t for people who gave up their day. Luckily, the weather held out.’

Brian is arranging other fundraisers including a kayak challenge and a football tournament.
