YOUNG volunteers are being offered a chance to pass on skills in Africa.

Beyond Blue is offering 18 to 22-year-olds a chance to visit Africa and provide skills and support to youngsters by helping them to play team sports.

A group of 12 will be invited to take part in a 12-week training course, which starts in January and will be held at Fratton Park.

During the three months, young people will be able to develop CV writing skills, interview techniques, event planning and team-building exercises.

The initiative is being run by Portsmouth Football Club, Community Fusion, Coaching For Hope and Jobsite.
