THE main summer show of Hayling Island Horticultural Society takes place next month.

There will be dahlias, flowers, fruit, vegetables, floral art and photography.

There will also be home-made afternoon teas as well as a plant and book sale.

It takes place on Saturday, September 3 at Hayling Island Community Centre, Station Road from 2pm.

Entrance is £1 and children are free.
