TODDLERS enjoying a weekly sing-along had a special treat last week after a store made a generous contribution to their group.

Rhymetime, which sees babies aged up to two years old bop along to music at Gosport Discovery Centre every Thursday, was boosted with a £300 donation from Asda in the town.

The store gave treats to the group for the toddlers and parents, along with books for the mums and dads to take home and keep.

Rachel Wilkie, the community colleague at Asda in Gosport said she hopes the store will fund future events.

‘I’ve been to Rhymetime before and think it’s the perfect place for little ones to have fun and make new friends,’ she said.

The event takes place every Thursday afternoon from 2pm to 2.30pm.
