VISITORS to a garden centre had a real Easter treat this week as children got up close to a petting zoo.

Lambs, piglets, goats and ducklings were all part of Mill Cottage Farm Experience, a mobile farm from Holybourne, which stopped at Garsons Garden Centre, on Fontley Road, Titchfield, for two days.

Clare James, from Garsons, said: ‘The lambs were lovely and they were very friendly and the children liked petting them and the really cute piglets.

‘We always like the mobile farm visits and it’s special at this time of year when they’ve had their young.’

Ms James said the annual event was a success and made many of the children visiting the centre smile.

She added: ‘We even had alpacas and donkeys here too.’
