AN ARTY schoolgirl is celebrating after her Christmas card design won a competition organised by The Salvation Army.
Seven-year-old Hannah Zuo beat dozens of entries from pupils at Arundel Court Infant School, Landport, to be chosen as the designer of the official Good Neighbours Christmas card.
Hannah’s winning card will now be sent out to 150 older people in Portsmouth, who are supported by the befriending service.
She said: ‘I felt really happy when I found out I had won.’
The Year two pupil was presented with her card by Julie Minter, manager of Good Neighbours, during a special school assembly.
She also received a family pass to Beaulieu in recognition of her creativity.
