ENJOY choral music at the annual concert of the Fareham Philharmonic Choir.

The group is a long-standing, community choir, which has been singing choral music in Fareham for more than 100 years. Its members have been practising ahead of the Christmas concert on Saturday.

The performance will see the choir will sing the choruses from Handel’s Messiah and traditional and modern carols. There will be a chance for audience participation and there will be mulled wine on offer.

The concert is at Holy Trinity Church, in West Street in Fareham, starting at 7.30pm. Tickets cost £9.50, £7.50 concessions, and can be bought in advance from 01329 664948 or on the door.

The choir rehearses on Mondays at 7.30pm at the United Reformed Church, Osborn Road South. See fpchoir.org for more information.
