AWARD-winning ladies a cappella chorus The Pitchpipers added yet another trophy to its collection.

The Cosham-based chorus triumphed at the Ladies Association of British Barbershop Singers chorus finals competition in Telford, Shropshire.

The Red Rosettes Cup for the top of Division Three choruses was presented to Marilyn Penketh, founder member and musical director of The Pitchpipers.

Chorus members come from all walks of life and cover a wide age range and love entertaining.
