FIREFIGHTERS Ben Williams and Rob Barrow donned their uniforms for the 10-mile charity challenge.

Ben, 30, from Southsea’s Red Watch, and Rob Barrow, 23, from Red Watch at Basingstoke, took part in the event to raise cash for children’s charity The Joe Glover Trust.

Rob said: ‘We did the run last year in about two hours and 15 minutes. This year we did it in just under two hours, so that’s cool.’

The Joe Glover Trust was set up in 2006 after Joe, died aged eight of Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma.
