THE Duchess of Cornwall paid a special visit to a centre that gives support to victims of rape and sexual abuse.
As part of her visit to Portsmouth, the Duchess went to the Treetops Sexual Assault Referral Centre, in Cosham, and spoke to users of the service as well as employees and volunteers.
The Duchess of Cornwell has visited several centres in the UK similar to that of Treetops and has heard about the support they provide and spoken with rape survivors.
Hearing about their experiences has left her wanting to raise awareness and help those affected.
