EIGHTIES pop star Yazz, comedy duo Cannon and Ball and Pompey’s Linvoy Primus will be among the famous names visiting Cowplain.

Cowplain Evangelical Church in Durley Avenue is hosting a series of evening talks exploring celebrities’ real-life stories and how they have found faith.

Kicking off the talks tomorrow, will be singer Paul Jones and actress Fiona Hendley.

Fiona Castle, the wife of television star Roy Castle, who died from lung cancer in 1994, will be giving a talk on Monday.

On Tuesday, it will be the turn of Zimbabwean cricketer Henry Olonga, and on Wednesday, Linvoy will be taking to the stage.

On Thursday, John Monsey, whose daughter died in the Lockerbie bomb disaster, will be talking. On Friday and next Sunday it will be the turn of Yazz, with Cannon and Ball booked in for next Saturday.
