DONATIONS are already coming in from employees of Jon Sims to raise money for his son’s operation.

Jon, who works for Scotia Gas, based in Farlington, has had a lot of support from colleagues.

So far, his department has managed to raise over £1,000 to go towards the possible operation.

The latest fundraiser saw two male colleagues cut their hair which reached their waists.

Dave Waiting, Jon’s manager, said: ‘When we heard about what Jon and Amber wanted to do, we were eager to help.

‘We have got lots going on in the company and we want to contribute as much as possible to help Jack start walking.’
