A FESTIVAL dedicated for people aged 60 and over is making a return.

The event, from October 5 to October 16, gives residents the chance to take part in yoga, Pilates, mind and body sessions and drop-in healing sessions.

Those looking for a more active challenge can have a go at hula-hooping, line dancing, sequence dancing, social cycling and ballroom and Latin dancing.

Tours of the Royal Marines School of Music and Fratton Park are included.
