Hundreds of people are packing Gunwharf Quays to mark the end of the Portsmouth festivities.
Soon the city will say farewell to Collective Spirit, a unique boat taking part in the Olympics celebrations.
Meanwhile families are enjoying dozens of events and a large dancing procession.
Later on, Collective Spirit, a patchwork boat made up of more than 1,000 piers of donated wood will leave is berth at Gunwharf Quays.
Skipper Mike Barham, from Gosport, said: ‘All the celebrations have been fantastic.
‘It has been great to be here and we are looking forward to what comes next.’
