Magician Dan Churchley from Southsea, will attempt to escape from a straitjacket whilst suspended 100 metres above sea level, upside down, beneath the Emirates Spinnaker Tower's glass floor Sky Walk. As well as captivating tower visitors, the stunt will also aim to raise money for CLIC Sargent, UKs leading cancer charity for children and young people.

FRIENDS of a woman who was seriously injured in a traffic collision are hosting a charity fitness event tomorrow.

Holly Garlick was involved in a incident and likely would not be alive if it was not for the help of Wessex Neurological Centre’s intensive care unit.

Although the worst is behind her, different challenges lie ahead for Holly as she puts all her energy into getting back home.

Holly was a keen participant of fitness bootcamps and Fit And Fabulous aims to challenge everyone, no matter what ability they are.

The event tomorrow is women only and all proceeds will go towards Smile4Wessex.

The day will be broken into two parts - the first is a fitness event at New Images, Gosport, which is between 9am and 2pm.

Ladies can celebrate their achievements by enjoying the event So Miss Fit and Fabulous in the evening at Thorngate Halls, Gosport, at 7pm.

The evening, where participants will be entertained by a disco and a raffle, costs £2 on the door and all are welcome.
