HAVE you ever wanted to go take up bird watching?

Then now is your chance.

Volunteer RSPB leader John Goodspeed is taking a walk around the north shore of Langstone Harbour on Thursday.

He will explore the streams and shore between Broadmarsh and Southmoor.

He said: ‘We may find kingfishers.’

The walk begins at the carpark at Bidbury Mead next to the church in Old Bedhampton.

It is advisable to take along a hot drink. Dogs on leads welcome.
