THIS IS just one of the fabulous lots up for grabs at a church’s 21st fundraising auction.

Hilary Bolt will be auctioneer at the Warblington with Emsworth parish hall in Church Path, Emsworth on Saturday.

She said: ‘There’s a large team of donors, helpers and well-wishers who give time and goods to make the event a success each year.

‘We try to make the sale fun for everyone involved, including the buyers. We have all sorts of items in the sale each year – household goods, donations and vouchers from local businesses, books, jewellery and ornaments.

‘This year our lots include a gold ladies’ watch – which needs some work – a set of vintage car-rallying maps, a 1930s Hoover and a painting by the collected local artist Nikolski.’

There are 250 lots. Viewing is from 11am with the sale starting at 2pm. Entrance is £1, with catalogues at £1 with a free ticket for a raffle.

Further information is available from Mrs Bolt on 01243 376403 or the parish office 01243 372428 or email room_101@messages.co.uk.

Offers of good quality donations are welcome too.
