A CHARITY walk due to go take place on Sunday had to be postponed because of bad weather.

Staff from Asda and their friends were due to set off from the Waterlooville supermarket at 4.30pm to raise money for Tickled Pink – Asda’s chosen charity – when heavy rain hit.

The walkers, who were dressed in pink, decided to postpone the event until Sunday, October 27, when they will hold a Halloween themed fundraiser instead.

The store is aiming to raise £5,000 for charity. Any donations already made will still go to the breast cancer charity.
