THE biggest event of the year in Havant will celebrate the town’s most precious natural resource.

Hampshire Water Festival promises to be the best yet with an action-packed weekend of events at Staunton Country Park. More than 12,000 people are set to visit the two-day festival, which is being held in Havant, an oasis for water springs, for the third year running.

Activities include a windsurfing simulator, a circus workshop, and dozens of food stalls. The festival takes place between 10am and 5pm on Saturday and Sunday.
