DANCER Jordan O’Neill has won a competition to be part of a new street dance crew which is fronted by one of Madonna’s choreographers.
Jordan beat hundreds of other young hopefuls to be part of a group called atti2ude, after reaching the final of Schwarzkopf’s Street Dance: The Search.
Along with the seven other winning finalists, who will form the new group, Jordan will receive a £10,000 joint contract and expert training from celebrity choreographer Sisco Gomez.
He will now undergo intensive training before he and his fellow dancers dance around the country together.
Jordan, from Cleveland Drive in Fareham, said: ‘I’ve been training for over four years. It’s absolutely amazing to be chosen and to be part of a new crew.’
Jordan said he loves working with Sisco, who has also worked with Kylie and Pink.
‘I’m so excited to be working with Sisco and seeing how this new crew develops,’ he said.
‘It’s absolutely amazing. At first I was quite nervous. But once you get to know him a little bit he’s just a down to earth guy.’
Following an audition in February, Jordan was invited to dance in front of an expert judging panel in London last month.
