THE people behind a popular festival are holding a public meeting.

Organisers of WemsFest, a music and art festival which takes place in venues across Emsworth and Westbourne, will also be hosting a comedy festival over the Comic Relief weekend in March.

They will be revealing all their plans at a meeting upstairs at The Crown Hotel, Emsworth, at 5pm on Sunday, January 25.

The public are invited to hear all the future plans.

Mark Ringwood said: ‘It’s a pretty busy agenda aimed at bringing everyone up to speed with the forthcoming Comedy Festival, our funding applications which include a revamp of the WemsFest organisation – a Maritime Festival, areas where help would be appreciated, individual concerts starting in April and plans for the future.’
