THOUSANDS of people are expected to make the most of the sunny Bank Holiday weather to step back in time.

The annual Overlord Spectacular takes place today until Monday where military vehicle enthusiasts can enjoy hundreds of old and new models.

The event takes place at The Lawns, Mead End in Denmead. Around 500 people will take part in re-enactments of the most important military scenes of the past 100 years.

Many of the vehicles will be in motion in a field dedicated to living history. Visitors are welcome to go along in military-inspired dress.

Admission is £10 for adults and £5 for children under 16. A family ticket costs £25.
