HER ancestors originally grazed a valley in Africa.
But this miniature goat will one day enjoy the grass in Havant after becoming the latest resident at Staunton Country Park.
The cute African Pygmy kid, was born on New Year’s Day and is getting stronger by the day.
The species of goat originated in the Cameroon Valley.
The breed became popular in zoos around the world in the 1950s due to its friendly nature.
Staunton has had a herd for several years and they are one of the most popular attractions with families.
And they enjoy being fed by people who come to see them.
Gordon Gardner, park manager, said: ‘They are one of the animals that don’t really have an off switch for eating.
‘They are great because they absolutely love being fed by visitors.’
