PEOPLE are being urged to get their bikes out for the annual Round the Harbours bike ride.
Taking place this Sunday, the event raises money for the British Heart Foundation.
There are four checkpoints along the 30-mile route at Fareham, Gosport, Havant and Southsea.
At this point, riders can have their maps officially stamped and they will be given their ferry tickets.
All checkpoints, including the Gosport one on Stokes Bay will be manned throughout the day between 8.30am to 5pm.
The ride takes around four to five hours to complete and will take in some of the most scenic parts of South Hampshire, including top attractions, viewpoints and picnic spots.
The pre-registration fee is £15 per adult of £7.50 per child.
On the day it costs £20 per adult and £10 per child.
