Laura Lamn has been hula hooping for ten years - and took up the hobby after learning how to do it from a DVD.

Four years ago she auditioned for hula hooping group Marawa’s Majorettes, and hasn’t looked back since.

The group managed to bag a Guinness World Record title when ten of them spun 264 hoops simultaneously at the London Shaftesbury Theatre in 2013.

Now, the hula hooping champion, from Hadlow, Kent, is teaching locals how to swap Hula Hoops for hula hoops – in a bid to lose weight in a fun way.
