FUN and games were on the menu for these members of the Brendoncare social and well-being club for pensioners.

Up to 35 members of the club meet each Monday lunchtime at The Good Companion pub in Eastern Road, Milton.

The pub’s landlord, Adi Manning, said the club was a chance for the pensioners, many of whom lived alone, to get together and socialise.

He said: ‘It’s nice for them to have a safe and comfortable environment where they can meet other people like themselves and have a chat.’
