ELTON John and Snoop Dogg have been unveiled as two of the headline acts for this year’s Bestival.
Pop legend Elton will play his first UK festival set in years on the Sunday night at the festival’s 10th anniversary show.
Hip-hop icon Snoop Dogg will also thrill crowds as another headline act over the festival weekend.
The festival’s curator, Rob da Bank, said: ‘After 10 years of running our beloved festival, Bestival is still as psychedelically wondrous to us as the September day in 2004 when we first threw open the gates.
‘As ever, Bestival 2013 will be a magical mix of the old and the new, the vintage and classic rubbing shoulders with the ultra-modern and left field.
‘From one of the biggest-selling artists of all time and certainly the best at fancy dress, Elton John, through the party-blazing hip-hop of Snoop Dogg, this will be our best Bestival yet so don’t miss out.’
Bestival runs for four days, starting on September 5.
