FROM quilts to cards to embroidery from the Tudor period, a craft fair was put on to display the work of a club.
The Needlecraft and Handicraft group meets at the Cosham Community Centre, in Wootton Street, Cosham, every Tuesday and Friday morning.
The group decided it would hold a fair to display its work and see if it could recruit more members.
It is run by June Evans and Doris Savage, 82, of Havant Road, Cosham, is a regular attendee.
She said: ‘I mainly go because I’m retired and it’s a good way for me to keep my mind active.
‘My forte is making Christmas cards and parchment craft.
‘The fair was great, we had a number of people attend and there was a lot of work on display.’
