MORE than half of women in Portsmouth eat in secret to hide how much they consume, according to a study.
Researchers from weight loss firm New Atkins International asked 2,000 women about their eating habits.
The survey revealed 55 per cent of ladies in the city are secret eaters.
And three quarters of women in the country say they feel guilty about how much they eat.
The research revealed boredom, stress and feeling depressed are the biggest triggers.
