SOME of the Blue Reef Aquarium’s favourite animals have been dressing up for Red Nose Day and disguising themselves as other species.

Staff at the Southsea attraction are getting into the spirit of Comic Relief by putting up tongue-in-cheek signs like the one pictured, explaining the sharks are dressing up as starfish.

The public are also being encouraged to do something funny to raise a smile and a lot of money for the big day on March 15.

Aquarist Alison Glover said: ‘We thought it was funny and would give visitors something to laugh about.

‘Everyone here is looking forward to Red Nose Day this year.

‘So many people are doing something funny for money and we hope it will encourage our visitors to donate too.’
