FIVE days of art and music will take place at a country church.

The Holy Trinity Church will play host to the Blendworth Festival from May 9.

The festival, in the tiny hamlet of Blendworth, near Horndean, has now been running for two years.

There will be craft, photography and embroidery made by and exhibited by local people every day from 10am to 4pm.

On the Saturday night Blendworth Brass Band will lead the popular Last Night of the Proms.

Meanwhile, on the Sunday, the church’s sister church, St Michael’s at Chalton, will hold their own version of Songs of Praise.
