BOTH national and local charities will have stalls at Chichester’s biggest Christmas fair.
Voluntary and Community Action will be hosting the fair at Westgate Leisure Centre on Saturday, December 3, at Chichester Assembly Rooms.
There are 15 charities participating including St Wilfrid’s Hospice, Winston’s Wish, The Aldingbourne Trust, Parkinson’s UK.
Each charity will have their own stall, promoting their cause and selling goods in order to raise funds for their organisation.
Stalls will be selling Christmas produce, knitted gifts, crafts, cards, and there will be fun games to play to keep all the family entertained.
Kate Scales, chief executive of VCA said: ‘We look forward to greeting Christmas shoppers wanting some hand crafted presents, something a bit different that is supporting a local cause’.
Raffle prizes include a family ticket to go mountain boarding at Haredown, tickets to Goodwood, one month’s free Premier Plus Membership at the Westgate Leisure Centre, tickets to a performance at the Chichester Festival Theatre as well as many other prizes.
The event, in North Street, runs from 10am to 4pm.
