A man has convinced a medley of famous faces to feature in a secret proposal video for his girlfriend.

Adam Joy, 33, enlisted the help of TV stars and singers alike - including singers Chesney Hawkes and Gareth Gates, rapper Coolio and Only Fools and Horses actor John Challis - to film extracts for the video.

He even managed to get celebrity-gangster Dave Courtney on board.

In the video, each celebrity posts their own personal message in an attempt to persuade Adam’s partner Maggie Frith to say yes.As an actor himself, Adam, who had been working on the video since February, decided to put his contacts to good use.
