BEETHOVEN’S Leonora No 3 will open an evening of classical music.

Havant Symphony Orchestra will return to Hayling Island Community Centre on Saturday, September 20 for an evening which will feature violin soloist Fenella Humphreys and conductor Colin Jagger, director of music at the University of Portsmouth.

Following Bruch’s Violin Concerto No. 1 in G minor the evening will conclude with Dvorak’s Symphony No 9.

Tickets are £12 for adults and are available from the community centre box office and the Hayling Island Book Shop.
