SHOCKED shoppers could hardly believe their eyes when 25 Father Christmases and reindeers started throwing some shapes in a shopping centre.

The group started dancing in the middle of Whiteley Shopping Centre yesterday, having spent months rehearsing what, at first, appeared to be an impromptu dance.

It was in fact a flashmob, organised by Julia Rose from Warsash, in aid of the charity Dreams Come True.

Julia, a 52-year-old mum-of-one, said: ‘You should have seen the look on their faces. It was amazing.

‘In just four minutes of dancing we raised £140 for charity.

‘I’m so proud. It was the true spirit of Christmas.’
