PEOPLE aged 60 and over are being called upon to take part in The 60+ Festival in Portsmouth.

Running from Monday, September 30 until Friday, October 11, the event offers a range of activities and includes entry to the D-Day Museum, and free swimming at Eastney Swimming Pool, Charter Community Sports Centre and Mountbatten Leisure Centre.

Activities include archery, golf and bowling, to bread making, yoga and pilates.

There will also be computer and digital camera sessions – and a talk about Ironman triathlon.

You can book up to three activities per person.
