A YOUTH project aimed at teenagers is set to launch tomorrow after residents voted for a community grant to be spent on providing more things for young people to do.

The club, called Fareham Park Youth Hut, will open at Fareham North West Community Centre, on Henry Cort Drive, off Hillson Drive, tomorrow at 7.15pm.

Club sessions are aimed at 13 to 17-year-olds and go on until 9.15pm. They will be held every Friday. This week entry is free, but in future will cost 50p.

The project is run by youth work charity Y Services, which received a grant from Fareham Borough Council’s Fareham Park Purse. For more information, e-mail or call 07585 115022.
