Petersfield to host monthly art market

Nearly 2,700 cases of non-recent child abuse have been recorded by police in Hampshire. The NSPCC's chief executive said it is a sign that more people are confident in reporting the crimes perpetrated against them.

A MONTHLY art and design-led craft market, including vintage and 20th century collectibles, will soon set up in Petersfield.

It will give artists and makers a regular outlet to sell their work direct to the public.

It starts on Sunday at The Square from 10am to 4pm, and continues every second Sunday of the month.

The aim is to offer original quality work from the best emerging artistic talent from across the region.
