THERE are still more than 200 places left to take part in a fundraiser with a twist.

The Rowans Hospice is holding its first annual Dance-a-thon this Saturday at the Portsmouth Guildhall.

The night runs from 6pm to midnight and gives teams of people to try out six different dance styles. Anyone over the age of 16 can join.

Events fundraiser for the Purbrook hospice Ali Corbett said: ‘If you’re in a team you will be able to tag in and out, dancing and resting in relay, cheering each other on.

‘And it doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner or a dancing star, everyone will be able to join in and follow the instructors.’

Registration costs £10 in advance, or £15 on the night, and people can raise money in sponsorship of around £100.
