A CAR which was set on fire in West Leigh had been stolen, police believe.

Firefighters found the vehicle ablaze after they were called to the incident in the skate park in St Albans Road at midnight on Saturday.

The fire crew from Havant spent half an hour dealing with the blaze.

Police said the car had been reported as stolen the previous day and it is believed the fire was started deliberately.
