WALLINGTON residents are being consulted about the introduction of a 20mph speed limit in the village.

David Walton, member of the executive of Wallington Village Community Association, said: ‘We have been campaigning for many years to reduce the speed of vehicles in the village and we would encourage all residents to respond.’

Hampshire County Council have sent out questionnaires.

Residents have until Friday, January 4 to respond.
