COUNCILLORS are calling for a change to the city council’s complaints procedures.

Portsmouth’s Conservative and Labour groups are presenting a notice of motion at tomorrow’s meeting of the full council that asks for reports made against a councillor’s conduct to be given to them. They also want the report to be made public.

It comes after a report by QC Nigel Pascoe, which was written on behalf of the council into concillor Mike Hancock’s behaviour, was not given to him, nor has it yet been made public, despite being leaked.
